Delivery and Postage

Standard postage:

Free delivery over £25 - 3-5 working days

2nd Class (£2.99) - 3-5 working days

1st Class (£3.99) - 2-3 working days

• The items you order will be delivered as soon as they become available and therefore may arrive separately.
• The offer only applies to orders with delivery addresses in the UK.
• Orders placed using free delivery will be delivered 2-4 days later than the first-class delivery.

 

International Orders

Please note that:

• If one or more items are not available when you place your order there may be a delay in dispatch, so that we can send your items in as few parcels as possible.
• Orders will be dispatched using international post and you will be charged a shipping cost.
• This method is fully secure, and we can track and trace the shipment for you.
• Orders sent via this method will require a signature upon receipt.
• Courier delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes.

Returns:

• We are happy to exchange or refund your items on presentation of a valid receipt.
• Goods must be returned within 60 days of purchase or receipt (whichever is the later) and be in perfect condition in their original packaging.
• Your right to an exchange of faulty/damaged items has a return period greater than 60 days in accordance with your statutory rights.
• We will refund to your original payment method.
